Groundhog's Day Again

Another day, another diaper.

New babies are so sweet. You forget how much help they really need. Well, I am here to remind you...they need a lot of help. Sofia is a bit congested, and I believe that this is normal. We slept last night with the humidifier. I had visions of grandeur. I thought....what if the humidifier helped her to sleep for 6 hours straight? Well, no luck :( She appeared to be hungrier than ever. They say that formula fed babies sleep longer....Oh, so tempting. I WILL try to tough it out.

Olivia has a cold again. I think I should call the Book of Records because I believe this child has been ill more than she has been well.

Damon is doing well. He is an amazing father and an incredibly helpful husband. He does the dishes , laundry and takes care of Olivia & Sofia. Fortunately he functions well on little sleep.

So, what will I do today? Hmmm..... probably try to sleep a bit. I hope that this fog lifts in about six more weeks.

Happy Easter Everyone! We wish everyone a Happy Day today! It is such beautiful weather for a special day. The Easter Bunny was at our home early this morning.... Olivia was lucky enough to have the Easter bunny come two times this year. She caught him earlier in Palm Desert while visiting her Grandparents. What a lucky girl, huh?

These are some "action" shots of our little bubala. Well, I guess when you are 4 1/2 weeks old...there is not a whole lot of action you can do. Sofia is such a sweet baby and we are starting to get into a groove.

My Little Cupcakes!

I have a friend who is "obsessed" with the new hot thing... Cupcakes! She travels high and low to find the best cupcake in the greater Los Angeles area. My family has benefited from her new hobby; since she drops us a few cupcakes when she tries a new spot.

Olivia thought that it might be cool to put on Mommy's new pants.... what do you think? They look gook huh? a bit roomy.
